Neil Van Tilburg

Dr. Neil Van Tilburg was born and raised in State College before attending Pennsylvania State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences. He then decided to “cross the pond” and continue his veterinary education in Scotland, at the University of Edinburgh. There he earned his advanced degree as a doctor of veterinary medicine, as well as becoming a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

Dr. Van Tilburg enjoyed his time abroad, gaining an appreciation of the different perspectives of veterinary medicine shared between countries and cultures. Dr. Van Tilburg is happy to be in Pennsylvania and to be a part of the Glenmoore Veterinary Hospital team. He plans to continue to provide the same high level of care and compassion already present at GVH.

In his free time, Dr. Van Tilburg enjoys being with his friends and family and watching a variety of sports, especially the Penn State Nittany Lions.
